Join the club and stay at The Mammoth Mine Club and Campground. Located 5 miles east of Apache Junction AZ, off the historic Apache Trail (Hwy 88) and across from Lost Dutchman State Park.
Enjoy the towering view of Superstition Mountain, close access to mile after mile of hiking trails into the expansive Superstition Mountain Wilderness and a scenic drive up the Apache Trail to beautiful Canyon Lake!
The campground sits on the historic Mammoth Gold Mine near Goldfield Ghost Town. The history of this area is filled with treasure hunters, prospectors and miners who were looking to find their fortune in gold. In the late 1880’s the first campers on this property struck it rich! Their discoveries sparked a gold rush into the Arizona Territory and the Mammoth Mine became one of the richest gold mines in the history of the United States. Joining the club and camping here today, carries on a tradition of explorers who seek to find their next adventure!
The RV campground is quaint and roomy. Large RVs are welcome. Daily, Weekly and Monthly pricing available. Each campsite is full hookup (water, sewer and 30/50amp electric).
RV Camping available only October 1 – May 1.
